The employer is obliged to communicate the admission of new workers through the website www.fundoscompensacao.pt until the date of commencement of performance of the respective employment contracts.
The inclusion of workers is carried out by uploading/validating information identifying the worker and characterising the respective employment contract.
With the inclusion of workers, an individualized registration account is created for each of them, integrated in the employer's overall account.
From the date of commencement of performance of the employment contract until its termination, the employer is bound to monthly deliveries to the FGCT and, if applicable, to the FCT, calculated on the basis of the basic salary plus the length of service to which each employee included is entitled.
Failure to notify the admission of new workers constitutes a very serious administrative offence.
