The regime established by Law 70/2013 of 30 August 2013 applies to employment contracts concluded under the Labour Code, concluded from 1 October 2013 with the following exceptions:

  • employment contracts concluded with the public authorities referred to in Article 3(1) to (4) of Law 12-A/2008 of 27 February 2008;
  • Very short-term employment contracts, regulated in Article 142 of the Labour Code.

Not excluded within the scope of this scheme temporary employment agencies.
